The estate
A quiet address in the north.
Forestville took its first residents in 2016, across 14 residential blocks on Woodlands Drive 16, on a site of roughly 277,711 square feet. The planting has had a decade to fill in, and it shows: the blocks sit back from the road behind mature trees, with Admiralty Park picking up where the estate's own greenery ends.
This site is maintained for the 653 households who live here — and for anyone curious about what it is like to live in one of them.

Scheduled Water Tank Cleaning
Water supply to Blocks 28 to 36 will be interrupted for half a day during the annual tank cleaning. Store water in advance.

Lift Modernisation — Blocks 40 to 48
One lift per affected block will be taken out of service at a time so that each block keeps a working lift throughout the works.
