Access Card System Upgrade
Card readers at every lift lobby and facility are being replaced. Existing cards keep working — no re-registration needed.
Notice
The access control system across the estate is being upgraded. Readers at the lift lobbies, gymnasium, function room and side gates will be replaced block by block.
Your existing cards still work
No action is needed from residents. Cards already registered to your unit will be carried over to the new system automatically.
During the changeover
Each reader is offline for roughly two hours while it is swapped. A security officer will be stationed at any lobby whose reader is down.
If your card is refused at a reader after the upgrade, go to the management office with the card and your unit details — it will be re-registered on the spot.
Lost cards
This is a good moment to report cards you no longer have. Any card reported lost will be deactivated in the new system, and cannot be used to enter the estate afterwards.
