The AGM for MCST 4528 will be held in the Function Room. Proxy forms are due at the management office three days beforehand.

Scheduled Water Tank Cleaning
Water supply to Blocks 28 to 36 will be interrupted for half a day during the annual tank cleaning. Store water in advance.

Lift Modernisation — Blocks 40 to 48
One lift per affected block will be taken out of service at a time so that each block keeps a working lift throughout the works.
- Event
Estate National Day Celebration
An evening at the pool deck with food stalls, games for the children and a screening of the parade. Register at the management office.
- Security
Access Card System Upgrade
Card readers at every lift lobby and facility are being replaced. Existing cards keep working — no re-registration needed.
