Questions

The things residents ask most

If your question is not here, the management office is the fastest way to a definite answer.

When can renovation works be carried out?

Noisy works are permitted Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, and Saturday, 9.00am to 1.00pm. No noisy works on Sundays or public holidays. Submit the renovation application and pay the deposit before your contractor starts. (Confirm current hours with the management office.)

Do I need approval to change my windows or install grilles?

Yes. Anything that alters the external appearance of the building — windows, grilles, awnings, air-conditioner ledges — needs written approval from the management office first, and may need BCA or URA clearance.

How do I book the service lift for moving in or out?

Submit the move-in / move-out form to the management office at least three working days ahead, along with the deposit. Security will protect the lift car and log your movers in and out.

How do I book the function room or a BBQ pavilion?

Book at the management office during office hours using the facility booking form. A refundable deposit applies, returned after inspection if the space is left clean and undamaged.

Can I bring guests to the pool and gym?

Yes, within the guest limits set out in the by-laws, and guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times. Children under twelve need an adult with them at the pool.

Where do my visitors park?

Visitor bays are near the entrance. Visitors register at the guard house on arrival. Overnight visitor parking needs prior arrangement with the management office.

Who do I call about a leak, a lift fault or a lighting outage in the common areas?

Call the management office during office hours. Outside office hours, the guard house is manned 24 hours and will escalate urgent faults to the duty technician.

What are the rules on pets?

Pets are allowed in accordance with the by-laws and HDB regulations for executive condominiums. Keep dogs leashed in common areas, clean up after them, and do not let them use the pool deck or playground.

How do I report a noisy neighbour?

Speak to your neighbour first where you can — most issues end there. If it continues, write to the management office with dates and times so the council can act on a record rather than a single complaint.
